Information Collection and Use
To use the Appointments Everywhere service, you must create a login, where you may be asked to provide your email address, a user name, a password, company name, phone number or other information. This information is used to protect the service from unauthorized access.
When you log on to the Website, the server stores information collected from your visits to maintain your preferences, such as screen views. This information may be available to your System Administrator.
SpectraSoft, Inc., owner of Appointments Everywhere, maintains each user's login information to manage the service. We will not sell, rent or share this information with any third party. We will only disclose personally identifiable information about you under extremely rare and special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or as required by law.
How We Protect Your Personal Information

- The Appointments Everywhere service employs layered database security, so that any SpectraSoft employee may only access information required to serve you (i.e. a tech support rep can see the screen views you have set up, but cannot see your credit card information).

Users may have the opportunity to subscribe to the SpectraSoft newsletter, which includes user tips, new product announcements and other information related to the Appointments Everywhere service. If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address, which is used to deliver your newsletter. The newsletter may also contain surveys, contests and other content that requests information from the user. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time simply by sending an email to email@example.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line.
